Seems to me there’s a lot of cool and useful stuff (people, services, events, businesses, expertise) all around you in your neighborhood. But a lot of it you don’t know about because it’s hard to find local anything on the web, if it’s on the big web machine at all. This blog is an experiment in capturing all that local goodness (ergo the name).
So, along with other locals who’ve started to join in and post things here, I’m messing around with this idea in neighborhood discovery using my own beloved Del Ray as an example.
